Do Sabres Season Ticket Members get their in-store discount?
The discount is exclusive to in-store only sales. Members will receive special online offers throughout the season.
Where do you currently ship to?
We are currently shipping to the USA (excluding Illinois). We are looking to expand our shipping capabilities to accommodate all fans in the future.
Will Buffalo Bandits items be available?
Yes! We are working on adding additional collections and providing fans with a wide variety of Sabres and Bandits items.
What is the return policy?

Where can I buy Sabres and Bandits jerseys?
Currently, jerseys are available for purchase in the Team Store. Online jersey availability in the upcoming months.
When will I get my order?

Can I pick my item up at the Sabres Store?
You cannot currently pick up items at the Sabres Store. Returns are accepted during normal store hours.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
